These terms govern the Voice Booking AI service, provided by Daniel Perramón Calonge (NIF 48096283V), Barcelona, Spain — full details in the legal notice. They apply from the moment you activate a plan.
Voice Booking AI answers your restaurant's phone line with an automated voice assistant. It takes bookings, cancels and changes them, answers the questions you configure, and records everything in a dashboard you can access.
Setup, configuration and support are included in every plan. We aim to have a line live within 24 working hours of receiving the information we need from you.
| Plan | Monthly | Calls included | Each extra call |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $89 | 150 | $0.45 |
| Pro | $169 | 400 | $0.40 |
| Premium | $289 | 1,500 | $0.35 |
Prices are shown without tax; the tax that applies to your country is added on the invoice. A "call" is an inbound call the assistant answers. Calls that ring out or are cut off in the first few seconds are not counted.
We can change prices, but not on you mid-stream: any change is announced at least 30 days ahead and applies from your next billing period. If you don't like it, you cancel before then and pay nothing more.
Billing is monthly and in advance for the plan, plus any extra calls from the period just ended. Payment is by card through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Your invoice is emailed to you each month.
If a payment fails we retry and let you know. If it is still unpaid 15 days later we may suspend the service — your line stops being answered by the assistant, and your data stays available for 30 days so you can retrieve it.
There is no minimum term and no penalty. You cancel from your dashboard or by emailing us, and the service runs until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months, and we do not charge you again after you cancel.
We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if the service is being used unlawfully or in a way that damages the platform.
The assistant is built to answer 24 hours a day. We do not, however, promise uninterrupted service: it depends on third parties (telephony and AI providers) and needs occasional maintenance, which we schedule outside peak hours where we can. Planned work that affects service is announced in advance.
If the assistant is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours through our fault, you can ask for a credit for the days affected.
The assistant is software. It can misunderstand a caller, mishear a name or fail to catch an unusual request. It is not a substitute for judgement on complex bookings, allergy questions or complaints, and it is set up to take a message for a human when it is out of its depth. Please keep an eye on your dashboard.
We are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings or indirect damage arising from a mistake by the assistant. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Bookings, call records and configuration belong to you. You can export them from the dashboard or ask us for them at any time. On cancellation we keep them for 30 days so you can retrieve them, then delete them, except for what we must keep for accounting.
For calls made by your customers, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. How that works is set out in the privacy policy; a separate data processing agreement is available on request.
If we change these terms we email customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version; if you would rather not, you can cancel with no penalty.
Spanish law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Barcelona, except where consumer protection rules give a consumer the right to a different court.
